One needy behaviour is sending too many text messages. You don’t need the approval of others just the approval of yourself. To stop being needy do things because you enjoy doing them and for no other reasonīe comfortable with who you are and don’t look to anyone else for approval. Mark Manson says “all performance is neediness” If you are needy you do things to impress others. The lesson will work for anyone trying to attract anyone no matter what sexuality or gender. The lessons will also teach you how to be more charismatic and confident around anyone you meet not just women. The tagline of the book is “how to attract women through honesty” while it definitely teaches this it doesn’t mean if you have a girlfriend the lessons aren’t useful. One time when I was super in state one of my female friends (who is Naturaly fairly in state) would stand so close to me she was touching me. It seems like those girls usualy get more male attention. I theories that if women do that it will pull/attract/bring more men to them. Being opean and outward realy does make women more attractive. You become unstifled opean as outward the best you will shine through and you will be more funny fun and pretty and attractive. Baisicaly we hold out selves in and that makes up less attractive. I'd recommend searching for stuff relate to unstifling/getting in state/beigh instate/bio energetics(sometimes applys).
